Default 17 hp engine

anyone interested in a 17hp engine? my first hopes of building a kart were dashed when the shop i work for closed... its still sitting on the tractor, runs great but the drive shaft broke so its a no fixo, they gave it to us for scrap. fuel pump, elec. start, elec. PTO, the works, nice engine just to funds to build a kart. any bites?

were the drive shaft connects to the transmisson is were its busted, step one for the fix would be remove tractor from drive trane, thats why it was a no fixo. i was just wondering if anyone was interested in the engine.

My Mistake This Is A 16hp Engine, runs fine, but it wont move, obviously
pic one is left hand side, two is were it connects to the trans. and three is right side, four is the pto, not sure what size shaft. i suppose it would still work if you welded it but thats a one time fix, and we really dont do that. i can take off anything else ya need, fuel tank, pto switch, ignition. the engine runs well and i just cant see taking it to the scrap yard.
