would yall rather make a junkyard run and pick up a b&s 5.5hp engine and buy a clutch, and thing do the performance side of it.OR would you rather make a junkyard run and pick up a dirtbike engine and have to get a gas tank and have to find a sprocket the rite size and stuff?? which would be more eficient and runnin fast. also do dirtbike engines have a governor and where?

Well if you want speed you'd probably be better off with the dirtbike, assuming you can find a good one. Also take into consideration that finding a complete small engine would be more likely than a complete dirtbike engine. Doing all the performance mods on a small engine can get pricey, but if you've got the money then you can go for it and have a decent engine in a small size. I can't answer your governor question, I have never messed with a dirtbike engine.
