how can i take out my cam

now that the cam is out, i took off the head and cylinder and found that the piston and cylinder is rusted badly. now i am up the creek with no paddel. looks like the engines getting the old heave ho into the dump

Feed rope down the spark plug hole, this will jam the motor up till you pull out the rope.
