Default Minibike or minichopper frame

I decided I wanted to make a bike. But the new frame prices are outrageous! So if you have a minibike or a minichopper frame, let me know. And I don't want a minibike frame that's like super small as hell. I will except any minichopper frame size. But I would like a minibike frame the size of this one in this video:

That's a cool frame- maybe you can get an old bike-frame (one of the older 20" models), hack out the pedal crank, look on ebay for the engine mount plate and decent set of wheels (lots of ideas, browsing thru ebay). Those Schwinn stingray bikes with the motors are a good example. Those are pretty high dollar, but it can be done for less.

Yea, get a welder and do that. Just hack off everything behind the pedals and go from there.

i have a minibike frame without forks that i'd be willing to sell. it already has a motor mounting plate and rear axle slots.
