why the hell isnt this sold. i would've snapped it up asap.

this kind of thing, wheels+seat+frame = easy 400 minimum here.

Just wondering, that doesn't look like a live axle, is it? If not, what is driving the wheels?

it is live axle. you can see the sprocket attatched just off centre to the left
