Default Manco buggy

Lots of mock up and planning happening before I get to setting up this Dingo. Went from 4" of ground clearance to about 13", got rid of the roll cage except the main hoop and will be fabricating a new one. I'll have to fabricate the ATV suspension front end. Setting up the rear for dual shocks as well.

Motor will be a Predator 212 for now but will eventually upgrade later.

Looking good. I have a feeling you are going to be dissapointed using the 212 though

Why?

Simply put.... because I can.

I do have an SV650 motor at my disposal, has everything except the radiator and ECM. I may just do that motor and have a quick little beast!

One seater to two seater coming up. Can't afford a new kart so making this one into one I can take my wife and daughter around in. Got tubing and frame slugs and then will complete the front end and start building the cage.

Seat is a JEGS pro high back 2, have to get one more and then cut a couple of tubes out to start mounting the seat. Will pretty much build the kart front the seats outward

Hope to have her sitting on her own two feet in the next few days. Thought I ordered tabs for the upper shock mounts, but I'm living it so far!!

My jig has been very handy so far, along with my degree dial gauge and trusty level. Got to keep it square and even!

Slow progress! Rethinking the front end a little bit now.

I agree, I would have started from scratch, built the dingo and had two! What do you have as for spare dingo parts around? A couple of us may be interested in buying what you don't need...

Front end is finally sitting on the ground by itself. I designed the plates note only be shock towers but also aid in bracing the front end some.
