The mixture was totally gold, in the jar
...but, to my surprise, the green seemed to "appear" with the first coat
…& then, the gold started "popping" with the second

Now for re-assembly

First, I mounted the (driven) sprockets to the wheels/hubs
…& then, mounted them onto the kart

Next, I installed the motors
…& also, mounted/adjusted the chains

I "signed" & dated the bottom of the battery box

Then, added the (4) 12V 12AH SLA's (put 'em on top of a foam rubber mat)
…& strapped 'em down with (2) 24" HD wire/zip ties

All of the electronics attached to the "bonnet" cover are "modular"
…& pretty much still intact

So, I just had to re-install the On/Off switches
…& the thumb throttles
…& re-run the wires
…& then, get everything re-connected

I am switching the front wheels

The previous ones are part of a matching set, off of an amusement kart

…& I may use them on something else

* The tire tread on these "other wheels" even kinda matches a little better
...but, the rims are gray

So, a little scuffin' (to "knock off" the shine)
...a wipe down (with de-greaser)
…plus, a little maskin' (cut some cardboard to fit nice-n-tight)
…& Boom!, we have white wheels

I thought it was gonna be Gold-to-Green
…& it's actually Green-to-Gold
...but, it's kool

And...here she is

* I also added one of the seats that I "made up" back in the winter

Something was missin'

Chain guards

There's not really a lot of sprocket/chain exposed
...but, their still a rotating gears
…& their right there on top kinda accessible

So, I rounded up some thin steel (~18g.)
...marked & trimmed it up a bit
...drilled a 1/4" mounting bolt hole
…& bent the tab to ~90*

Then, took 'er out side & "skillfully" bent 'er around a fence post

Yup, looked good
...so, I made one for the other side
