Default Front spindle ID help

I just picked up this go kart, I have no idea what it is and neither did the previous owner. The front wheels were wobbly so I pulled the wheels and it looks like someone jacked up some spacers to get these wheels on there.

Question. Do these front wheels have bearings normally? These don't currently. The spindles don't appear to match and look like they may have been flipped upside down for more height possibly. I'd like to just get new spindles and wheels if possible but don't know where to start. New to go karts but familiar with motorcycle, cars etc so I get the concepts just not the specific details.

Looks like a yerf dog, I don’t know the model number though. And it has aftermarket seats. About the bearings, get new front wheels and tires. There is sopposed to be bearings, those wheels are obviously from a lawnmower which uses bushings because of the low speeds
