Default single sided swing arm

I’m trying hard to design a single sided swing arm rear suspension like shown below.

The biggest problem I’m having is lack of parts. Sure there are gobbles or parts out there but not what I’m after. I want a good hub that I can grease easily with a disc brake hub attachment capability. The axle I’m looking for needs about 1.250” of 3/4” threads, followed by a 1” spline that will fit the drive hub. Then it eventually needs to step up to a 1-1/4 diameter with a better means of attaching a sprocket. I’m not a fan of the China supplied parts like hubs, axles or wheels but I’m not opposed to them if I can find something that is universal to some degree. I been finding mixed results on bolt hole patterns for wheels, disc brakes and sprockets and I’m getting frustrated. MFG these days want to sell you a part based on what it fits rather than give you a set of detailed specifications or drawings to work from. I want to get something that will enable me to install a better tire and wheel later on, as well as easily found sprockets that will bolt right up. So I been spending a lot of time on ATV forums trying to find out what the typical bolt hole pattern is for say a Yamaha or Polaris or Honda ATV. Mainly sprockets, disc brakes and wheels. But I’m also interested in a good size chain too. It sounds like a 420 chain is common. Or at least a 1/2” pitch chain. If anyone has a good lead on these things, axle, wheel hub, disc brake hub and sprocket hub let me know.
