Default also in need of torque converter help

here is my setup, kohler 440(came out of snowmobile) here is pic of clutch drive and jack shaft, also here is what holds the bearings for the jack shaft, bearing needs to be 47mm or maybe 1 7/8 od.
here is my problem....
most torque converters for snowmobiles are 1" bore, i can get my hands on a 7/8" bore tc from a john deere. also i would need a small sprocket(teeth 1/2" apart) this would also need to be matching bore.
question could i get 2 bearings 47mm od, 1" bore, 1" shaft and small sprocket with 1" bore? what is the best way to finish my project?
i know this maybe too much motor for this go kart but i want to finish this and play with it a bit before pulling kohler for a different project
