..but no diff parts I assume

Well, you can if you like, but it's rather nasty to drive 10" wide slicks on the front I'd assume.

And you'll have to use wheelhubs, since for all I know there's no 9" front rim available.
(as a result the "front" wheels would awkwardly stick out)

Oh.. soo 10 tall 4.5's for a 5 inch rim..
that'd be 10-450 x 5 then (10 inch tall 450 tenth wide, 5" rim)
4.5x10-5 is a race size (10" wide 4.5 segmented height five inch rim)

anyways.. good..
you'll need a ~4x5" rim (well every rim from 3.5 to 5.5 width will do)

Say the beloved Azusa TriStars http://azusaeng.com/product/test-wheel/
(maybe you want to add a spacer http://azusaeng.com/product/wheel-sp...uminum-wheels/ fits without looks better with a .5" spacer)
the awesome Nylites: http://azusaeng.com/product/5-azusalite-wheels/
or simple steel : http://azusaeng.com/product/5-multi-...-steel-wheels/

you see me baffled!

I mean 4.5/10.0-5 is not exactly identical to 4.5x10-5 (surely not math-wise LOL)
but that is confusing.

Anywho...

ther is no 10 dollar rim (used ones perhaps?)
Also this is a tubeless.. sooo a splitrim will need a gasket set.

Find used ones.
Any 5" kart rim (like you find on yard karts) will do,
manco, carter, kenbar, kartco... doesn't matter.. any such rim will do..

And if I see you ending up buying self-folding horror fraud wheels,
I will swing the ban hammer on you

Nope, you'll need a rim that can take a tyre of that width.
it can be narrower (usually on yard karts that means a 3.5-4" wide rim)
or wider (usually on race karts that means a 5-5.5" wide rim)
it COULD of course be identical (a 4.5" wide rim) but it's not necessary to be identical.

But keep in mind.. it's tubeless (which brings us to race kart stuff)
soooo a single piece rim for tubeless tyres is recommended;
.. 5x5 isn't uncommon and should be easy to find; but that's front wheels...
IDK if you find a rear rims that size (and if you'll need maching hubs...)

hence my yard kart comment earlier,
since you'll find live axle, dead axle and fronts all the same size
rather easily.
but split rims need gaskets and some don't allow a tubeless tyre because of the valve..
so check that first

Let me translate:
