^^^^ that's your opinion. I think they're pretty cool. I have some friends who paint em up nice with graphics, put amps on them, put cool lights on them, big bore kits etc. And they're pretty cool. I have one who made his own exhaust and it sounds BOSSLY

Yup. Fat chicks and mopeds. Both a ton 'o' fun until a friend catches you!

Are you not a minor? How can you possibly be responsible for him? That HAS to be the most retarded thing I've heard all week.

Who ever told you this is totally full of it. Just because you bear his last name and are his child doesnt mean that YOU are responsible for HIM. Its the other way around. Even if you were an adult, they still cant make you pay his fines.

While I'm not familiar with the US laws, they're not very different from ours. And I can tell you that wouldn't hold water here. Personally, I think you oughta consult with someone else.

If in the end you do want it just go to court. You have a fair case, not the moped thing but the having to pay your dads fines thing. If you prepare a good enough case I doubt they'll turn you doen, and being your age they'll either take the fines away, or make em not your responsibility. My mom got a ricket once and forgot to payit because we nevere got the letter so they charged her for the ticket and a late fee. I went with her on the day she was called into court and we told them that we had no problem in paying the fee that all my client ( mom) wanted was to get the late fees terminated. After some talking back and forth the judge said it was fine so he took away the late fees and then he went ddown and shook my hand and told me it was brave of me to defend my mom like that in court.

My point is where there's a will there's a way. If you want tht license withouut the fee then go try and get it. Worst they can say iis no and then your back to the warrior. But still those bikes are cool. And its nice that your thinking of your brother.

Btw I agree with devino that was HILARIOUS toystory.
