Default minibike build

Hey guys, I recently got this engine for free. Its a techumseh engine, but it says craftsman and its orange. The model number is 143-619012. I wanna get a minibike frame and put this thing on it. Its cool cuz its got an electric start on it. I need to know the horsepower, and also, the shaft size. It looked like 1 1/16", but ive never heatd of such a thing. And I needa clutch. Any help would be great

Post pics. Its a HH100 10hp . The shaft size should be 1-1/8". You will probably have to use a comet 44c cvt driver and a 40 driven with a jackshaft ( $400+). Or you could take it to a machine shop and have it milled down to 1" then get a clutch for less than $100. Less than a cvt and j-shaft. Hope that helps . By the way hh stands for heavy duty. That means it has a iron block instead of aluminum making it a lot heavier. That engine was used on small tractors and such.
