What I wanted to know about the trike is mostly what is the average width of the axle.. and I really like to get another rim that's on it but don't have a clue what kind they are ( I know a rim lol)

OK....So post a good side view pic of one of those wheels....and the pertinent measurements, and maybe someone can find something close....(does it really matter?)

The way I see it....you have two matching back wheels, you just need a front....which only has to be round...
