Got a bunch of old kart racing Briggs flathead stuff laying around. Have a couple horstman con rods with wiseco pistons, one is .030 over (B00F2), the other is .005 over (C00B3), also have a few sets of new rod bolts and bearings. Have a few camshafts, the one has 107SS inscribed, one has 107I inscribed, one is stock. Have the blocks with nice ported heads, but there is some light surface rust on cylinder walls without pitting. One of the ignition coils is a Prufrex from Germany, the other is Briggs. Have multiple sets of dual springs with retainers and keepers. Have a number of brand new valves and miscellaneous stuff still in bags and boxes. I've posted some pictures of what I've got. Bought everything from a retired karter, but just have too many irons in the fire and I need to clean house a little bit. Open to offers, better deals for package deals.

When my kids were little we had karts with flatheads. In the winter we would refresh the karts and engines in the basement.
Now that my grandkids are turning into teenagers, I think it will be neat to kind of repeat that. Can do that with Predators as well, but personally I don't want to spend a bunch of money on the small ones. Also I'm a packrat with a scrapyard hookup. Recently picked up a bunch of briggs parts at an auction for $6. With the parts I got from Mr. Truaxx, we will be able to assemble at least a couple of screaming killer tiller motors. My health isn't good but at least I can get the ball rolling (not the freaking soccerball), and be there in a supervisory capacity. Added this. Last edited by Randy H; 04-18-2018 at 03:55 PM.
