Default Neighbors Super Wheels by Cater

I got a chance to work on my neighbors kart. The sticker for my single seat Super Wheels Model 1215 was under my seat. I took the cushion off his two seater, the seat frame was rusty. I've suggested replacing the throttle cable, it's a little frayed by the carb, I never seen where it connects under the seat. I removed the seat frame, sanded and painted. While it was drying I took some photos of the frame and found it's sticker, not under the seat but on the frame by the engine plate.

The photo doesn't do the tag any justice. Looks like the torn part is curled blocking the view
Can you tell what model it is?

Since you mentioned cable maintenance, if there's enough extra cable, cut off the frayed end and solder the new end to prevent further fraying. It's also a really good idea to keep the throttle and brake cables lubricated. One of those cable lubricators works a treat. It's a big maintenance deal on motorcycles for sure.

Nice to see you guys preserving these classic fun karts.

No I can't read it, scraped right across the model number. From previous posts and sorting through the Carter list, it's real close to the 2575-3017,3018. The small hoop on the front left side of the frame, I can't seem to find on any Carter models yet.
