1999 Honda cbr900rrx fireblade engines going in.
Produces about 150bhp which should be fun in something that weighs 450kg

Engines nearly in, hope you like the engine crane lol
Mounting a 4 cylinder 900cc engine where a single cylinder 260cc used to be isn't easy !!

I had to modify the brake pedal and move the master cylinder over to the right to allow enough room for a clutch pedal that I've got to make.

More engine mount pictures.
Got fed up of using a spirit level now but it's in perfectly straight and level.
Took a little while deciding where to put the engine mounts but its looking good atm.

Fuel tanks moved on top of the engine as its gravity fed into the carbs.

Gear selector mounted.
New full micron exhaust system bought for it.
A set of autograss gaz fully adjustable coilover suspension I've bought.
A picture of the dreaded wiring loom which I've got to sort out.
A picture of the ford sierra cosworth LSD with pivot plates chain converted with a 530 sprocket.
Last picture is the fireblade engine when I bought it.

Diff being mounted which wasn't easy !!
Getting it perfectly inline and level with the engine was hard but with time I got it done.
I'm a perfectionist and everything I do has to be perfect which is great but it just takes me hours and hours to do anything !!

It's starting to take shape now

Still mounting be diff !
I'm using 25mm box section which is 3mm thick so it's plenty strong enough.

Now the hard part trying to work out where to mount the exhaust, I've finally decided to mount it coming straight out of the back in the middle as the picture shows.
I've cut down the rear silencer to make it smaller so it'll fit better.
