Default wheel bolt pattern

what bolt pattern is this considered? the old rims were 11" in diameter

thanks txluke, the old rims were 11" diameter but they drilled new holes in them to match the bolt pattern, where does someone go to purchase new rear rims and tires?

If it's a 4x4 pattern, golf cart wheels will fit. These are readily available. Also, trailer wheels use this pattern if you're looking for a taller, narrower wheel.
