Nice place. Put up all the tarps you want. Lol.
And those mice? Get a few farm cats. Give them a home and they will keep the rodents down. In return with no rodents you won't have snakes.

yeah I've considered getting some cats for that purpose, but no telling if they'd be loyal to us, on the best note, I had to jimmyrig a gas tank for the kids' kart but it was up and running this afternoon and I was so happy to see them rippin, video to come soon

the middle fence will come down when I sell the other house as I'll have enough equity to buy a large metal building and with the set back rules it kind of has go in the middle of it all, the building is the first priority
next will be a masonry wall around the land which may be in months, may be in years, the fence will stand until then

that fence is made out of something like 2.5" round tube, that would make for some bulky kart frames
we dont live in a "park" or any kind of subdivision, its pretty much "anything goes" out here but we are super close, as in a couple blocks away from the Tonto National Forest which does have plenty of trails between winch orders and getting this house in shape I'm trying to get all of our karts, quads, and bikes operational so we can go explore remember THIS thread? Well I just ordered this tappet wrench set to finally adjust those valves, fingers crossed it works cause the youngest is soon to outgrow that little quad

Congrats, we almost bought property in New River back in the 90's, but ended up buying an Irrigated acreage in Surprise instead.
You could make some decent bucks selling that 4-rail horse fence, It'd cost about $18-$20 a foot to have installed new, so It's probably worth at least half that used... You could post it on craigslist, or you've got a neighbor out there in New River named Shannon Miller that might be interested in buying it. Kinda looks his fence company might have origany built it. Here's a link to his site: http://www.millerfenceandbarns.com |

used the new tappet wrench and got the valves adjusted, gave the carb a good cleaning and the Redcat fired right up, the kid rode for hours yesterday, the throttle is bogging down a little here and there so I think a second carb cleanin is in order, the intake manifold is falling apart as well but that should actually increase air intake so we'll see

cleaned the carb again and made sure to remove all the o-rings and float bowl gasket, set the rubber parts off to the side so they wouldnt get sprayed with cleaner, the d@mn float boal gasket expanded and now will not fit on the carburetor, even if I could find one locally the atv stores are closed Sunday/Monday, this is infuriating
