Man, if you were closer I'd help you rebuild that front end, wouldn't be perfect, but new metal for sure!

What if you took a piece of pipe cut horizontally in half and placed it on the pitted portion on the bottom and weld it in? That should provide more than enough strength assuming the top isn’t pitted like the bottom.

I don't have pipe/tube but if I did I'd weld on the piece. have the tools to cut, grind, weld, sand, but not bend.

Update, or rather lack of. Dingo frame is sitting, half primed. I ran out of primer. And I broke my only running kart today. Back sheave of driver broke off of its hub. I don't know how or why but will see of we can weld it back together.

So the question becomes...what are you going to do with it?

Yes, what are you going to do with it? Are you starting to hoard cheap engines too?

I hate it when that happens. Seriously. The time the other day when I found that dull penny I forgot to mention, I was wondering where the other $999,999.99 wubbs.

Brutal! And we already hoard engines too. Here's pics of the whole thing. Should be able to get 300-400 depending on how good I clean it up.

I'm in northeast ohio so we get lake effect snow. Not fun when you want to go somewhere.

After a little while. I still have to do the dingo first though. So this gets to sit on the backburner for a bit.

I didn't bother with primer, but learned a few tricks when I did paint and body. After paint it goes together super fast, and I did figure out the throttle pedal at least, so If you need pictures when you put it together I can post some.
