I got mine off craftsman 17” tiller. I completely removed throttle arm from setup. Scrap box. From there I opened up crankcase and removed governor and governor tab and closed it back up. This left a governor arm connected by factory rod to the carb. I hooked my throttle cable to governor arm, while taking a new spring hooking it through one of many holes on arm to empty hole on engine for immediate recovery to idle from Wide open. Quick response, no resistance, exactly what been looking for for months and just figured out what I should do.. pictures to follow tomorrow
