Here are a few pictures of the bike....

The next step is getting the pegs moved, air shifter setup, tear down and powder coat! (And less zip tie madness)

I've been super busy with work lately, but I got to work in a little time on the project!

I got some oe style Yamaha pegs from Amazon, and made up some brackets and extensions to mount them to the bike. I need to drill the mounting pin hole, contour the brackets for folding, and add a stop so they rest in the right place. Once they're tacked up I'll verify they're in the right spot, weld them up and test drive the bike again.

Not massive progress, but it's something!

Got the peg mounts welded up enough to try them out, and I also made up a slightly wider seat board and I added a 2nd layer of foam as well for better comfort. I'll cover it again with the gator print.

Going to work on a rear brake foot lever, the front brake caliper mount and the shifter lever next.

Still working on the bike, test rode it again today with the new pegs and it's much much better.

Got on the throttle heavy, and it would seem that either the clutch is slipping, or the tire pressure is too low and the wheel is slipping on the tire bead.

I'm guessing clutch...

Hope to get it wrapped up soon!

Don't really have any pics to post up for the bike, but I've got a couple YouTube videos coming up.

I replaced the clutch, but it's snowy and cold outside so I have to wait for better weather to test it out.

In the mean time, I'll be working on the manual shifter, and probably the front brake mount as well, then it's rear brake linkage fun to get that working. It's going to be cable operated I'm thinking, but I need to see what I can figure out.

Stay tuned for more!
