Default Murray gokart torque converter

I have a Murray gokart it the one with shocks on it it's has a 9 1/2 Briggs and Stratton on it was wondering what size torque converter to put on there a 30 or 40 I plann on getting a larger engine later on

That tells me you should get the 40 series and be done with it.

But will the 40 series fit your 9.5hp briggs crankshaft now??
