New TQ did the trick. 41 mph. I need to make spacers for the jack shaft as the lock collars will not hold it in place. I will also be getting a bigger rear sprocket. It pulls the 54 just fine but will be more fun with a 64.
Going to MO tomorrow to pick up a blown up GX 390. Low hr rod failure. This will give me the small port head along with the flywheel and the newer CDI ignition. These coils have a 4500 rpm rev limiter built into them. Gonna roll the dice and see how long the stock rod lasts at that rpm as I will be disabling the governor.
Block will be put away to await a 92mm bore and a balanced stroker crank. 440 cc
