Default Bolt will not budge

Trying to remove the bottom bolt from the shock. The other one came out with a tap of the hammer. I have sprayed PB Blaster and banged the heck out of it & still not budging. Any suggestion?

Try unscrewing and tapping the end with a soft hammer at the same time....

The bolt could have a saddle worn in it... Will it turn, or is it totally seized?

Might try a C-clamp with a deep throat socket......
Press on the threaded side, use the socket with a bit bigger than the head of the bolt....
See if that moves it...

If the other one came out by tapping on it, put a nut on the end of the bolt to protect the threads then give it a decent whack with a fairly large hammer. It should break loose.

If the other one came out by tapping on it, this one should come out the same way. I don't think one is threaded and the other isn't although it could be. Soak it overnight then whack it with a nut on the end of the bolt. You'll be fine. It's just being stubborn.

Finally. I picked up & held the frond end while banging the bot-it finally came out. I guess the weight (resting on the tire as a stand) was causing the issue. Thanks everyone for there ideas & help. I really appreciate it.

The weight was it. Like the other guy said above, the bolt had worn a saddle and it needed the preload off to get it out. Next time, unbolt the top of the shock first. I have the same kart. Is your steering worn as well?
