Cooling system is done minus ordering the upper radiator mounts and finding the correct hoses that will work at my work.

Only thing left now is finish brakes, controls, and chain I think. Before I can actually drive it.

Well I got the important pedal all completely done ! The throttle or aka the loud pedal or the aka aka make em cry and not ride anymore pedal. Hahahaha

And I got part of the paddle shifter done also. Gotta order the cable to finish it up and add the handles for the hand after I see how much travel itís gonna take.

I wasnít kidding when I said this radiator was a direct bolt in ! Drilled 2 holes for the lower mount and that was it literally. Found some led light bar mounts for the top and they were dead on perfect for the size and bolt hole spacing................

Got one in. I screwed up and didnít notice it was for one so I gotta get the other side in still.

Got the chain tensioner and the rear brackets done finally. Now twist the bolts and it will push the rear axle back tightening the chain and keeping it tight so the axle doesn’t move forward.

The first pic is from previous when I built the Swingarm for those who didn’t see the process to allow the bolts to slide in the Swingarm. I was gonna cap the tube I’m using for the bolt to push on but I’ve decided to fill it with epoxy or jb weld to make it stronger.

Got the paddle shifter done minus the cable today and some paint and something for coating on the handle parts. And it looks like everything is ordered to actually drive it down the road finally but radiator hoses, the voltage regulator to charge the battery, and the finishing parts for the brakes, and a chain. So it won’t be long now hopefully.

Still undecided on what exhaust as it’s getting a turbo this winter. Might just order a stock header off eBay since they are cheap. The individual pipes are gonna run lean and potentially destroy the engine without the longer 4 into 1 design. And I need a air filter but it’s $175 and again since the turbo is coming that would be a waste of cash also.

And Kartorbust and tt540 these pics are for you guys especially as you asked about the mechanical paddle shifter concept I made. The paddles will only move about 5/8”-3/4” so plenty of room to shift. They coulda been closer to the steering wheel actually.

I donít know how the air filter is hooked up but could you buy like 3-4 2Ē air filters. Then take some PVC pipe and build a mount for them?

No. Hose clamps and regular pod filters arenít possible. The oem velocity stacks go inside the throttle bodies and do not clamp. No room for any clamps on the outside. I have it figured out just donít wanna fork out the cash for the turbo plenum. Lol

And everything is done minus a chain, some brake parts, rear brake caliper brackets, and some radiator hoses. To actually cruise down the street some. I can drive it without the voltage regulator as it doesnít draw too many amps on the battery. Just gotta pull some racecar stuff and carry a generator and battery charger if I go to the track without one.

The paddle shifter works perfectly as planned. Had one minor issue on the handle as it was binding when pulled but I just slotted the hole and the cable now moves freely side to side so no binding anymore. I shifted it a lot and pretty quickly and itís flawless so far.

New updated pics sitting pretty with the other seat and the matching seat covers on it !
