It's a cylinder head for a 10 Ci engine('sid verified, plus it has a 10 instead of 13 on top and bottom), and if the 10 Ci engines have the same 6.5/1 stock compression, this one should make about 8/1 compression, with careful math. It's also significantly harder to turn over than my other flatheads.
The parts manual literally says high compression head, and the diagram matches the valvetrain exactly. Plus the PO didn't even know what brand the engine is, so I highly doubt it's been Bubba'd.
