It has a wonderful "contraption" look to it. Well done!

So I made the flange on the disc with a tweeker tool, I think they also call it a tuck tool(those are typically a fork shape tool) and I mounted it to the pulley with some copper wire. Kinda going for a safety wired effect...

Here is the tool I made... It was a failed handle for something.. Of course I kept it...

In amongst my boxes of found junk, another snap pin from something... Found it on the road many years ago. Here I'm going to use it for a semi permanent fixing for the pull handle...

Here's also it under full kick... No derailing, graceful wind/unwind...

I have finished the install of my band brake to supliment the rear brake... I found it good but not quite good enough... so a quick buy at the Amazon... and I have another brake.

I utilized the original brake setup I had back in the day when I used a long rod to actuate the brake caliper... Here the same mechanism was left but I adapted a cable to the band right at the clutch...

After I had taken these pics.. I noticed I had a broken link, 3-4 past the stationary mount of the brake ... Kinda of an impossible thing to pick up.. but I did.... I changed out that chain... good thing I always pick up new chain whenever I get the chance...

Ill have to wait till tomorrow to do final testing.. also see how the tach works out and see what kinda revs were getting...
I want to do the gov position relocation mod and see how that works with this motor...

I also forgot to say... the other day I got a score of a lifetime...

Went to the princess... haven't even got in the front door..... and saw a motorcycle lift outside. They were having a inventory clearance of various stuff... needed to offload a bunch of goods for the next incoming... and cheaply....
At first I was like cool I could really use one... buddy was quick into sales mode starting giving me the whole rundown.... Than I took a look at the price.... Holy cow....$76 clearance sale....Normally $300somthing...
Well.... it took me about 2 minutes to decide... there was another guy sidling up next to me trying to shoehorn in on the deal.. so Me trying to keep the sales guy captive I took the rash decision and bought it....Said" The woman is going to kill me but Im sure shell agree as she's a bargain hunter herself".....Of course the first words out of her mouth was.... What did you buy... and how much....Well Im still living at the house and not curled up with my new "hydraulic lifting bed"... I got a new motorcycle lift....Floor model and never used.....

Great buy! I've been wanting the one from Harbor Freight, but couldn't justify the $400 price tag ($300 when on sale). If I had a full size motorcycle, then maybe I would go ahead and buy one. I ended up using a the Harbor Freight 500lb hydraulic table cart ($130 on sale) and adding my own table and chock. Works good enough for my minis.

After writing this earlier.. I looked at the receipt...Pardon me... It was $529 regular price...
Ya a steal of a lifetime for sure...
It needs a better chock and Im going to get some eye loops to bolt or weld on for tie down straps... The current one is really poorly done..
