Default Kt196 moving forward when when cord pulled

Was riding cart we stopped it and when we tried to start it, it started pulling forward when the cord was pulled. I can pick the back wheels off the ground and have my wife pull the cord and it will start but back wheels are already moving. How can I fix this?

Most likely your Clutch is locked up. Avoid pulling the cord with the wheels on the ground, that's easy way to bust it when the clutch is bad.

You may be able to remove the Clutch and just clean it, but they are pretty cheap to just replace it.
Whatcha says no good.?

You have clutch or tourqe converter, it probably needs cleaning. Youtube is your friend for this

Good luck and welcome
