That hoop for an engine guard, and the round pedals are all too familiar to me, we only had two karts as kids, one was the old streaker, and the other was either Murray or margay yard kart, one of them, and I'm working on a 30 year old memory, I remember having that loop and circular pedals like yours, only other you we had was an early 80's honda oddesey fl350, but that's definitely not even similar. I'll see what I can find out about yours and hopefully get lucky.

Ill see if its a margay

---------- Post added at 09:24 AM ---------- Previous post was at 09:18 AM ----------

Nope not a margay not a manco not a rupp

---------- Post added at 09:32 AM ---------- Previous post was at 09:24 AM ----------

So what ive gathered is it has manco wheels, a carter hub, an after market steering wheel, and it had a sticker on the floor but its long gone worn away. and painted over a few times it was red and then painted menards rattle can metallic blue then rattle can flat black so i have no idea.

Takes some head scratching to ascertain exactly what you're talking about since your photos show darn near everything that you own instead of one kart you're trying to ID.

I'm still not sure. I'm gonna wait on better pics of the kart by itself in some nice bright sunlight. Remember to hold your sail foam horizontally!

You should've listened to this guy as he's nearly right on the money.
If anyone is gonna say it's a "Streaker" it helps immensely to add Ken-Bar in front of that.

Fairly certain it's an old 1980's Ken-Bar kart with oddball/mismatched parts added.

In that other thread, ‘buying your original kart back’ or whatever, you show the sticker coming off and there’s red paint underneath.....

If that sticker is still there, TRY to remove some of the black/blue paint from the sticker and it might reveal Ken-Bar manufacturing. Use mineral spirits or windex on a rag or something not too harsh.

Anyhow, many of the features point to a Ken-Bar kart:
A. Rear engine hoop/protector
B. Narrow hoop steering wheel brace
C. Rectangular mount where tie rods attach to steering column
D. Etc..
