Default Gas vs. Electric Motors

I recently built a 3 wheeled electric go kart and it was quite the pain. I saw this because my buddy recently built a drift trike with a 212cc predator motor and it runs better and took half the time to make.

Pros:
- no messes with gas or oil
- instant torque

Cons:
- significantly more expensive
- incredibly heavy (especially because I used lead acid batteries)
- not very fast (22 mph top speed)

I'll link the video so you can see the electric go kart. If you check it out it would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like a desperate cry for attention. Poor fella

I blame this digital age, fomenting the desire for instant gratification.
Think he’s trying to become a YT ‘Star’?
