Default Engine Stalls Turning Right.... Even Curving to Right

I have a Carter Bros 2 seater I am rebuilding.

I replaced the engine with a new 212 Predator and also replaced the beat up 20 Series torque converter with a new 30 series.

The rear axel is a limited differential drive unit. So, both wheels are not on a solid, 1 piece axle. The gear box is fine and it has plenty of gear grease. Both wheels spin as they should with that type of axle.

I got all the parts installed and it should be good to go BUT.....
EVERY time I apply any turn to the right, the engine stalls out very quickly, regardless of how fast or slow I am driving.

The kart has a 3/4" jackshaft with a 10-tooth jackshaft sprocket.
I have a #40 chain on it.
The big drive sprocket has 54 teeth on it.

What do I need to do in order to turn right without it stalling??

Thanks

Bypass the low oil sensor on the lower rear section of the engine. Use the wiring for a kill switch.

I just watched a video that said exactly what you just suggested.
Its a relief that it is that simple to fix vs changing out sprockets, etc.

Thank you!
