Default 92 Suzuki Bandit motor to off-road buggy

New to the forum , was looking around internet for kart or buggie builds. In process of installing 92 suzuki bandit 400 motor into small type off road buggie . Only place I could install motor with any room left for seat is directly over rear axle sprocket, which then chain is going to hit coolant pump so I'm looking at jackshaft system. Headaches
