Big Thunder Axle assembly
Ok, so I’m wanting to replace the sprocket, hubs, and possibly the carrier bearings for the live axle. I’m looking for a 4 on 4 bolt circle with 1/2” stud hub, but I’m not sure if the axle is 1” or 3/4” or a 1” stepped down to 3/4” (haven’t taken the back wheels off or torn the axle apart yet because I want to make sure parts are available lol). Does anyone know what the stock dimensions are, what type of hub, where I can find them or suggestions on which to use, etc ? I can’t find a manual for my exact kart and the only parts breakdown is for a different model Thunder Kart that’s a single seater.

If it’s 3/4 stepped to 1” I have hubs that are 4 on 4. That I’m not needing anymore. I’d sell them a lot cheaper than you can find them. Like $30 shipped since your only a state away. I have a hub and brake rotor for a 1” axle also.
