Default 212 stage 1 too rich

I believe my 212 is too rich, I bought the stage 1 kit from GPS and it was running too lean to even run so I put in a richer e tube but turns out the issue was just the carburator, the engine runs rich except at wot and tends to sputter on lower throttle but where can I get a jet that's bigger than the stock but smaller than whatever comes with the stage 1 kit, and for reference what sizes are the stock and S1 jets

Well how High are your rpms for regular driving, if you only drive at high rpm then I think that’s normal but please correct me. My engine had the same issue and it stays at ~4K rpm and so what I did was replace the jet with a smaller one and then drill it out until it was big enough that it was not too lean or rich, and If I went to far then I would fill the hole with solder and drill a new one that was slightly smaller than before

Do a plug test and re drill accordingly....Need a fine number drill set...

Go to a tool rental place or lawn mower shop, ask if they have a bunch of carb bits in the junk box that you might be ably to pick through and get from them cheap...
I bought a bunch of them for a couple of dollars plus E-tubes ....
