Default first attempt at a chain tensioner

it should work anyway LOL, the spring is fairly stout from Ace Hardware, the skateboard wheel is from ebay with a good review from a guy that uses them on custom motorcycle builds, the rest is stuff from around the garage, and some scrap steel

ha ha no, custom winch, the spool is almost completely enclosed, except for where the line enters and the axle passes through, I did tell the customer I dont have a ton of experience with sheet metal so this one might not be aesthetic but it will do what they need it to
