There are a couple ways to mount that motor, easy and easier......
The easy way is to just fab up mounts with tube and plate. The EASIEST way is to cut the engine cradle out of the bike and weld it onto frame. Ill put up 3 pics as examples of what I have done, using both methods....
Yes you're going to use all the running gear from bike on kart. Rads, wires, ignition, ect.... but you will want to keep it all as close to what the mfg had it. Pump is only gonna pump so much so far. Dont put rad in front thinking MORE air..... too far for pump..... and you'll destroy the 125......

The third pic is a honda atc engine cradle welded into my H3 hummer kart. The last pic is the motor and cradle from mini quad. I flipped the cradle, used theswingarm mount to make it adjustable. ... that one was too easy as was the H3 . Simple and straightforward. ...Hope that helps..... Got the shift linkage worked out too for a 2 seat and 1 seat kart if ya need help there too....

(Are the pics big enough now, or are they still tiny? Workin out bugs on my phone)

You'll also need some 1/4" x 1" flat stock...

The easiest way is to cut 4 pieces of flat stock (2 for the front mount & 2 for the rear mount); when bolted to the engine mount holes, they should reach about 1-1.5" below the bottom of the engine.

Bolt those to the mounts & place the engine on a block of wood so it rests about 1" off the work surface. Place the angle on the work surface between the front & rear mounts (one each side), line everything up & weld.

There's your cradle...
