That looks like a steal!! Are there any numbers, codes etc stamped on the frame? Look around the spindle area

belt drive.. rear engine... looks like a concession kart of some sort,
made for kart tracks.

Of course there is a manufacturer, but it'll be hard to find out just from the pictures
(without any numbers codes etc.)
