Default Engine upgrade questions?

So I just bought my first off road go kart. It came with a 212 cc predator engine with a stage 1 kit, a torque converter and the governor removed. Iím looking at upgrading to the 420cc predator but was wondering what else would need to be upgraded on the go kart to ensure that It runs right and I donít mess something up

You'd need to swap the 30 series TC to a 40 series TC.
How does it run now? Are you looking for more Torque or more Speed?
