Default Got these tires, do they need a tube?

I couldn't find the right size online (11x6.00-5) and the tire itself is super stiff anyway, much much stiffer than the knobby tires that's why I'm asking

That depends.
Do you have the rims you plan to mount them on?
If they are standard split rims, yes, if you can find the right size tubes.
If they are one piece rims, no, you do not need a tube.
Some VanK split rims have a seal between the rim halves, thus allowing for tubeless split rims.

The need for tubes is dictated by the rim, not the tire in most cases.
