I put new motor on gocart found out wheels won't turn . Don't know what the part is called so I can't find it nowhere . Think it is called friction drive disk. It fits axle and when you push throttle it raises up against motor pulley .the rubber is gone . If anyone could put me on the right track I would really be thankful . Grandsons bd is Sept 23 he's seen the cart and thinks it's hls . I don't mind buying the part but can't find it . Please help or advise thank you

I merged your threads (well two and deleted one)..
two or more threads asking the same questions is a "no no"

Oh jeez what a terrible setup.. (Pressure plate drive)
a vertical engine with what A.C.E. calls inertia wheel (fitting)
getting lowered onto a what they call a "rubber disc" (doh!)

unfortunately no..
when I try to search for the part number and the stupid description
google vomits all over my browser spilling random stuff everywhere.

and if I google for the even worse model name "mini rover"
I get several million hits on the "rover mini" a truely iconic car

and since the companies name is nothing but a randomizer as well.. no results

You will have to find a retailer for that kart and ask him about spares.
(chinese kiddie size buggy parts are likely not going to be too easy to find)

I think it's almost easier to cut that disc from a rubber mat or cast one yourself.

Have you checked on industrial caster wheels for heavy equipment yet?
they're solid cast rubbery material ... and I think available in about the right size..

I agree with McKutzy, no one knows anything about this thing [apparently a low-speed kiddie go kart with a vertical shaft engine].... but we want to know more.

Show us some photos of the business end of the kart [the drive system] or anything else you think will help. It can possibly help future users, so there's that as well.

Wonder if you could somehow use Snapper mower disc drive parts?

Snapper had a disc drive system for years on some of their self-propelled mowers.
