No not at all, and like you said, it dies due to being clogged. Its not a carb problem. Also, why is the the coolest thread on the site? Im not saying its not a cool project but theres only 21 posts and like 4 pictures. Search around. There are some CRAZY proejects on here

Got a bit of work done today.
Engine & jackshaft mounted, and some foot pegs.  Just because  (they're supposed to slant btw)  B!tches don't know 'bout my square jackshaft

i was wondering how are you going to mount a sprocket on to that square jack shaft i've always wanted to do the belt clutch setup like that i bet it's going to launch hard

i just remembered be careful starting it i pulled an engine off a lawn mower and put it on a small tractor and i found out that they have light flywheels because of the blade once you ditch the blade it becomes scary to start. i'd go to pull it and half the time it would pull back and try to take my arm off or my fingers you also my incounter the starter handle pooping off when you kill it depending on your starter setup
