F***! LOL- I just got INCREDIBLY excited! Until I realized that your profile said "Ottawa IL", NOT "Ottawa On." Dangit!!! I'd frickin' KILL for Ody stuff. You just can't find 'em around here... I cry now.

Somebody's definately going to get a good deal. My 350 project is done and I'm tired of tripping over this stuff. There's a few people on the other forum from Canada. They seem a lot harder to find there. I've noticed you like the John Deere colors. Perfect Ody for you in Texas right now.

That is nice, isn't it? I wish...

Actually the John Deere thing was a spur-of-the-moment thing for me. When I asked Garry what colour he wanted his kart, he said "green". As I was gearing up to paint it, I found that I had some JD Green Tremclad, and just rolled with the concept. My tractor was total fluke. PO painted it (badly).

maybe if i look to see who is between the 2 of us then offer fuel to whoever will do a train of transport of these.
get 10-15 members to each meet and greet, drop off and pick up to bring to next member till it gets to location.

oh what a dream that is, but not impossible

I would help someone out with transport. Of coarse it would need to be paid in full beforehand and you cover my gas both ways. 12.5-13mpg at $3.75 per gallon from Ottawa, IL 61350. I'll go up to 200 miles. Could only do a Sunday delivery.

That was a deal for the lot! I lived in ottawa, il a few years ago on Arch St. Was a very pretty town. Was funny how one side of the river was alcohol free and the other wasn't lol.

These items are sold. The guy got a steal. I'm desperate for room right now, tired of tripping over stuff. Time to clean house. Ottawa is a pretty nice little town. I'm trying to get the women to relocate to Lake Havasu City, AZ but she doesnt want to move away from our families. The south side being dry sucks! I don't drink often but I live about 5 miles south of town. I just ride my Ody over to JR's in Grand Ridge. I guess it works out ok. Id rather not drink and drive on a public road anyway. Gotta protect the driving privileges. Good luck writing me a DUI in my Ody.

It's a city ordinance. Not sure if you would call that prohibition. Basically 1/3 of town is "dry" meaning they don't sell or serve alcohol. I've noticed this other places as well. When I worked in a distribution center I went to Newnan, GA to train people in the new facility. We had Sunday's off but there wasn't a drop of booze to be had. Newnan and the neighboring communities are dry on Sunday. Some of my co workers found some guy that sold them a bottle of moonshine. That's some nasty **** there. I think I'd rather drink gasoline.

We can't buy booze in any shops on Sundays here in South Africa. Bars, restaurants, hotels etc can still sell to patrons though
