Default Mini Moped!

I just picked this up the other day and it runs fine but gas sometimes leaks out of the carb fuel line that's not connected to anything. Also im not sure of the Mix of Gas/Oil ratio is suppose to be? Not sure why any help would be great!

That's a vent pipe and IS connected to top of carb bowl.
The fact that it leaks tells me that float/needle has a problem.

No, on the bottom, youtube motorcycle float adjustment, or stuck needle valve, lots of good info.
