Mitsubishi GT600 compatability with Honda

Hi all,

I'm new to the forum and to karting. I built a kart for the kids last year using a Mitsubishi GT600. I've ported and milled the head, welded up a custom intake that is using a 26mm Mikuni carb, and am running an open header.

I've been looking at buying a camshaft, rod and other hop-up goodies. My question is, are the Honda clone parts compatible with this engine?
