The throttle lever isn't supposed to move when you back out the idle screw. The engine just idles slower. The throttle lever has nothing to do with idling.

Does suspension come with problems? Well....there is just more that can go wrong with the kart (more moving parts), but not really more problems if the suspension is done right.

You cannot really buy them. There are none that are made for karts, because shaft length and clutches vary. You will find that the one that you have was made specially for that engine/clutch/sprocket...
