Yep, its a Sprint kart. Their seats are typically located just slightly to the left side.

The seats on Oval racekarts are typically located way over to the left side.

I agree with cleatusj, your wire #4 is the output from your charging coil and voltage regulator. It needs to be connected to + battery.
