The exhaust ports on a 2 stroke are near the center of the cylinder(that bike in the pic is a 2 stroke).
Most likely those are 2 stroke bikes, and those are called expansion pipes.

If the sprocket teeth are ~0.312" wide, you will need 40 chain, since the others will be too narrow.
If it's 0.25" wide at the teeth, you can do any of the 3, but I'd do 420 for extra...

40 chain will be narrower than 41 and 420.
420 is the heaviest duty.
40 chain is 0.312" wide, and 41 and 420 are 0.25" wide.
The sprocket is generally the easiest to access to count the teeth....

With a tape measure, please measure the distance between teeth, as well as the width of the teeth.
If it's 3/8" between teeth, it's 35 pitch chain.
