a steering dampener is not affected at all when you slam down from a wheelie..
the single thing that could pop the sealwould be to yank the handle...

I don't think that beast has any suspension.. it's more vibration dampening than anything else I guess.
the yellow pucks remind me of urethane motor mounts

the reassembly of the spring-pack might be w/o proper tools however.
