Also don't forget the head is .020 longer too. What do you think about .025? Would it even be worth milling?

Well I think velocity would directly correlate to rpms correct? So I guess technically. When I got the con rod my rpms went up about 400 and the power went up way more than I expected.

Boring out the carb does show increased performance. If you cant bore it out and you have a gx390 carb you can use that, it will be the same thing, though that can be kind of pricey if you have to...

Yeah, I saw that episode too, they sure did some good work on it. They chromed up the sprocket and parts of the engine and a bunch of other things. That puppy was sharp and show room ready.

If the key is jammed you're in big doodoo. If it is just rust, take a wire brush and some sandpaper to try to remove the rust along the shaft, just be careful not to damage the threads. Wipe it away...
